Lighter body, lighter mind is not just another weight loss programme - this is about freeing yourself (and your body) from all the excess that you are carrying and to open up the channels of weight loss that keep you happy and slim forever. I simply created this course to give you what I wish I had found 15 years ago!

Will this course tell me what to eat to lose weight too?

The simple answer is YES (read on for the more complex answer). Yes in the sense that I will teach you what foods help with weight loss and what foods make it harder for your body to lose weight. You will also get access to a host of amazing, tasty, energising recipes (with pretty pictures to inspire you to actually USE the recipes lol!) that are all easy to put together, family-friendly, and can be adapted to your preferences and level of confidence in the kitchen. The more complex answer is that no one food or foods is the answer to weight loss - it always a multi-approach that includes your own unique biochemistry, likes (and dislikes), your mindset and beliefs, and how you chose to approach food - but this programme is all about merging these to create a happy weight beyond the programme.

Can I access or do it in my own time?

Yes you can! Although if you do it in real time, you will get direct access to me to ask any questions you have along with the group support and accountability. You can access the content and modules at any time after the programme either to refresh or if you prefer to do it in your own time too.
