All sessions will be conducted via Zoom.
A deep dive into your health history and current goals in our 90-minute Intensive Session
9 x 30 minute Progress Reviews, starting fortnightly then reduced to monthly
Access to the Lighter Body Lighter Mind Reset principles
Meal planner with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack recipes to support your nutrition and weight goals
Access to a private messenger where I will be active Monday to Friday to answer questions in between sessions
Online food diary reviews
Tailored resources throughout the programme
Functional testing recommendations (if applicable)
