This is a unique opportunity to work with me 1:1 at a fast pace to get you set on the right track for you. The power hour includes a complete health and medical history assessment beforehand so that during our one hour we can dive deep and identify your health goals, overall desires, any current barriers or limitations, and create a unique and tailored plan just for you to follow for the next 4 weeks. Your plan will be written and sent within 2 working days. We will also schedule a 30-minute session to follow up on your progress.

60 minute 1:1 kick-start session via Zoom (including health and medical history questionnaire taken beforehand)

Food diary review and meal planner

Check-in email once weekly

30-minute review session via Zoom at the end of the 4 weeks

Don't worry I would never leave you hanging. If you would prefer to upgrade to any of my coaching programmes, you have 7 days after your progress review to upgrade using your initial payment as in instalment.
